Complaint
  • For the internal processing of your complaint, we would ask you to complete our RMA-form as well as to sign the included declaration of decontamination. Please find the RMA-form below.
  • Enclose the RMA-form in the return shipping and send it freight prepaid and well packed to the address given in the RMA-form.
  • After receiving your return shipping, you will get a confirmation of receipt including our internal reference number.
  • Now, the internal processing is initiated.
  • Once the control and testing is finished, you will receive a result report as well as further information about the regulation of your complaint.
Return shipping
