Continuous monitoring of punched metal strips
A continuous metal strip with contacts is fed to an assembly machine. It must be ensured that material is always present. The laser line diffuse reflective sensor of the O-50 series with background suppression in the safer laser class 1 is particularly suitable for detecting continuous metal strips with contacts. The expanded light beam enables the detection of skeletal objects.
