Profile measurements easily implemented with great precision:
Profile sensors from the PS-30 series use the light section method to compare the profile of the checked object with a taught-in target profile in a manner insensitive to colored and ambient light and reliably detect even the smallest differences. The LLGT line laser fork light barrier used for precise edge measurement and for determining diameters is capable of detecting and evaluating even the smallest differences in dimensions.
This makes this sensor series the ideal choice for quality inspections.
