Nevertheless di-soric is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, which has been changed or modified since the link was set up. di-soric does not have any influence on design and contents of linked internet pages and is therefore not responsible for contents of linked third-party sites, as long as disoric does not gain knowledge of specific contents and is able to prevent the access by link to illegal contents. - Web shop
As an e-commerce platform, di-soric offers to interested customers a web shop on the di-soric website where the customer can buy products offered by di-soric online, after successful registration.
Presentation of products in the web shop does not constitute a binding offer. The customer makes a legally binding offer of purchase concerning the products contained in the "Shopping Cart" by clicking the button "order". Before the customer makes his offer of purchase, he can review and change the products by clicking the button "Shopping Cart". The customer can make an offer of purchase only if he has accepted our General Terms of Sale by checking the provided box "General Terms of Sale read and accepted".
Orders are binding for the customer. di-soric acknowledges the receipt of the order to customer indicating the respective order of customer. This acknowledgement of receipt only confirms that the customer's order has been received by di-soric and it does not constitute a contractual acceptance by di-soric. A contract regarding the products ordered by customer shall only become binding by means of confirmation of order by di-soric. This order confirmation will be send to customer separately. If a product should be unavailable at the time of order, the customer shall be informed accordingly by respective notification.
di-soric expressly reserves the right to modify or take down webpages of the web shop without special prior notification.
In order to gain access to the web shop, personal user data is required which will be collected, recorded and processed. User will be requested to create an own password. These data shall serve the stable and secure provision and use of the web shop, the processing of orders and a customer-oriented maintenance of the product and service portfolio. The data shall be kept at least for the duration of the statutory period of record keeping, at the latest until the purpose of storage ceases.
The acceptance of these present terms of use will also be documented and recorded.

- Severability Clause
Should any of the provisions contained in these General Terms of Use be invalid or become invalid, the validity of all other provisions or stipulations shall remain unaffected. di-soric and the user shall replace the invalid provision by an effective provision which comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
