Measurement of mounted O-rings
Task
A check is necessary for whether O-rings have been mounted in a groove with dimensional accuracy.
Solution
Our laser distance sensors with their safe laser class 1 and compact design are particularly well suited to a dimensionally accurate check of mounted O-rings in a groove. Their precise linearized object detection and suitability for measurement on glossy and dark objects due to the automatic transmission power adjustment result in highly reliable position measurements.
