Saving energy by adjusting the opening of the oven door
Task
Various large, freshly labeled bottles are dried in a machine and moved through an oven on a conveyor for this purpose. The bottle heights are monitored so that the oven door is automatically opened only far enough that no heat can escape unnecessarily.
Solution
Our measuring light grids are used to detect the maximum height of the bottles reliably and to control the opening of the oven doors accordingly.
