Displaying a jam in a bottling plant
Task
In the filling industry, systems of extreme dimensions with high process speeds are in use, which makes fast detection of a fault difficult. To minimize the damage at a standstill of the system as much as possible, fast optical detection of the area of the fault is necessary.
Solution
If signal lighting is installed, the area of the fault can be easily identified. This is the prerequisite for quick elimination of the fault and a fast restart of the system.
