Discharge monitoring on punching machines
Task
The items discharged at punching machines have to be counted. It is necessary to check whether waste has fallen out of the mold, otherwise there is a risk of the mold breaking and the machine coming to a stop.
Solution
At the outlet of the punching machine, the parts fall through a frame light barrier. This is where the items are counted, and where the discharge after punching is monitored simultaneously.
