Counting small parts before filling them into containers
Task
After a machining process, a specified number of parts has to be present in a container.
Solution
To ensure the correct number of pieces in the individual container, our frame light barriers are used in the feeder. These provide the advantage of sensitivity adjustment with a potentiometer, which makes them easy to start up. Both small and large parts can be detected reliably. The high function reserve due to the dynamic evaluation process provides high insensitivity to dirt.
