Counting caps for perfume bottles
Task
Individual caps for perfume bottles being conveyed on a conveyor belt have to be counted and conveyed into boxes.
Solution
The individually conveyed caps are counted by a fork light barrier and then moved to a box. After a defined number, a shunt is moved and the caps are moved into another box.
