Fill level monitoring in vibration conveyors
The fill level of the feeder bowl in a vibration conveyor must be monitored to prevent it from running empty.
Using an ultrasonic sensor, the bowl is viewed from above. Once the minimum fill level has been reached, there is either an automatic refill, or the operator receives a message.
