xx.Detecting copper windings

In the manufacturing of motors for fans, stators are fed into a winding machine to have the corresponding copper winding put on. Sometimes a rotor, despite having already had a copper winding put on, is accidentally wound a second time. This can result in the entire handling unit being wound with copper wire, which can cause the machine to stop and be down for long periods.
To substantially minimize costly repairs and long periods of machine downtime, a laser diffuse sensor with window function is used for detecting the shiny and non-homogeneous copper windings, which ensures process-reliable detection.
