Detecting colors of a color ring
In metal processing, metal parts are marked with color rings after processing. The colors must be checked to ensure that the correct parts are correctly processed later on.
When checking color rings, a color sensor with adjustable color tolerance and high ambient light compensation is used that differentiates even between minimal nuances in color and compares them to the taught-in values so that the parts can be further processed correctly.
