New LED signal lighting from di-soric: easy to configure, flexible deployment options and ready for use in a flash

The SBP-RGB LED signal lighting system from di-soric with 360° visibility can be utilized in a wide range of display applications in an industrial environment. This compact and robust lighting system can be configured for a wide spectrum of color selection and signal display options depending on the task at hand. It is easy to configure and quickly ready for operation due to the integrated IO-Link interface. Because of its two trigger inputs and three color presets (red - green - yellow), this energy-saving signal light is immediately ready for use right out of the box and can also be operated without IO-Link.

The specialist for sensors, image processing components as well as LED machine and signal lighting is expanding its existing portfolio of signal and machine lighting with the new, IP67-rated SBP-RGB LED signal lighting system. This individually configurable signal lighting system is well suited for a number of display, information and warning tasks in many areas of the mechanical engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical and automation industries. The signal colors as well as the mode of signal output (constant, blinking, flashing) and the degree of brightness are all freely configurable. Powerful LEDs ensure that these lighting messengers can be seen from all viewing angles even in unfavorable lighting conditions or in dusty environments.

Signal lighting configuration is fast and easy via the integrated IO-Link interface. You no longer need to stockpile various lights and color modules like with conventional signal lights, saving you the corresponding stockkeeping costs. If the display mode needs to be changed, then this can be carried out in the shortest possible time via the IO-Link interface. As an alternative, this versatile signal lighting system can also be operated without the IO-Link master port.

The new SBP-RGB LED signal lighting system from di-soric is cost-effective and compact: The maximum current consumption is 70 mA. The impact-resistant, polycarbonate diffuser cap with a diameter of only 50 mm can also be utilized in applications with confined special conditions.
